Unlock the potential of Lawcus workflows by utilizing Lead Type as an exit rule. This powerful feature ensures a seamless and organized management system, automating lead transitions based on their status.
This support article provides a step-by-step guide to leveraging Lead Type as an exit rule in your Lawcus workflows.

This Lead type exit rule will help you if, during the workflow, the lead is marked as Not Hired or Converted to a matter, and you want to stop the workflow from moving further.

1. Navigate to the Automation section from the left menu and select Workflows.

2. Open the workflow where you want to add the exit rule.

3. Click on the Exit Rule button inside the workflow

4. In the field, select Lead Type. In Field Condition, select Is.

5. Choose any one option from the value dropdown
Open lead - Workflow will exit if the lead is still active.
Not Hired Lead - The workflow will exit if the lead is marked as not hired during the workflow execution.
Converted Lead - The workflow will exit if the lead is converted to matter in the duration of the workflow execution.

6. Update the workflow once the changes are made.
