FAQ Section
FAQ1: Can the same approach used for Lead Type Exit Rules be applied to Workflow Exit Rules?
Answer: Yes. Workflow Exit Rules follow a similar logic to Lead Type Exit Rules. They define when a workflow should stop, applying across the entire process rather than at specific entry points. Just like with Lead Type Exit Rules, you can use AND/OR logic to combine multiple conditions, making the workflow more flexible and responsive. The same principles for optimizing and structuring exits also apply here.
