When you manage multiple teams, and wish to share certain events with certain users, you can create multiple calendars to manage them efficiently. To create Calendars, follow the steps outlined below.

Create a New Calendar

1. Click on the "+" icon to start the process.

2. Add a Title of the Calendar, a Description, and a Color based on availability.

3. Share the Calendar with the required users by clicking on "+ Share this calendar" button and select Users from the dropdown.

4. Select the checkbox "Display on Calendar" if you wish the calendar to be displayed on your calendar. You can do this later by selecting the checkbox associated with any particular calendar according to your requirements.

5. Click on "Save" to complete this process.

6. Click on "Cancel" to discard the process.

Edit Existing Calendar

You can edit the existing calendars by simply following the steps outlined below;

1. Click on the Edit icon next to the calendar's name from the "My Calendar" section.

2. Edit details like Title, Description, Color, and Users as required.

3. Click on "Remove Calendar" if you are required to delete the calendar.

4. Finally, click on "Save" to reflect all the changes.

All that jazz!
