How to Apply Pipeline Templates in Lawcus?

A pipeline template in Lawcus is a predefined set of stages that guide you through the life cycle of a legal matter or case. It is like having a predefined roadmap for your cases, helping you stay organized and ensuring no important steps are missed along the way. Each pipeline template is customizable, allowing you to tailor it to the specific needs of your practice area. 

Steps to Apply Pipeline Templates

  1. Click on your User Avatar and select Settings.

  2. Expand Firm Settings and select Pipeline Templates. You will see a list of available templates on the Pipeline Templates page. Browse through the list to find the template that best suits your matters.

  3. Once you've identified the appropriate template, click on the Apply Template button next to it.

  4. You've successfully applied a pipeline template to your matter in Lawcus and respective stages will be populated automatically.

After applying, you can customize the stages and tasks within a pipeline to better fit your matter's needs.

Steps to Automate Tasks via Stages

  1. Click on Matters from the left and click on the Pipeline Tab to open the stages.

  2. Click on the Ellipsis (three dots) button and select Tasks list from the menu.

  3. Click on Add Task button and add all the task details before clicking on Save.

  4. Repeat when required.
