Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge a lead and a contact in Lawcus. However, you can delete one and keep the other depending on your needs.

If you want to track questionnaire responses, we recommend using the "Lead Information" question type instead of the "Client Information" question type when sending a preliminary intake form to a lead. This way, you can gather information about the lead without creating a new contact record until they become a client. Once the lead becomes a client, you can convert their lead record to a contact record, and their responses to the intake form will still be available in Lawcus for reference.
