You can check the lead creation date in two different ways.
Option 1:
Navigate to Lead.
Open Lead.
You can check the Open Date in the Info section.
Option 2:
Navigate to Lead.
Click on List View.
You can add a 'Lead Created' date column or use a filter to filter leads by date.
