Bulk invoicing in Lawcus allows you to efficiently generate multiple invoices for billing multiple clients at the end of your law firm's billing cycle. This feature simplifies the process of filtering unbilled activities and creating bulk invoices that can be sent to the respective clients.

Follow the steps below to create bulk invoices effortlessly:

  1. Navigate to the "Invoices" section in Lawcus and click on "Billable Clients."

  2. In the list of matters, locate the checkbox next to each matter that you want to include in the bulk invoices. Alternatively, you can select the first checkbox to select all matters automatically. Once you have made your selections, click on the "Next" button.

    Note: Lawcus also provides the option to filter the list of matters based on client name, matter, date, and more, allowing you to streamline the selection process.

  3. Take a moment to review the details of the selected matters. Ensure that the dates, invoice options, available funds, tax information, template selection, and details level are accurate and appropriate for each invoice.

  4. When you are ready, click on the "Create" button to proceed with the creation of the bulk invoices.

    By following these steps, you can effectively create bulk invoices in Lawcus, simplifying the billing process for multiple clients. This feature enhances your law firm's efficiency and ensures accurate and timely invoicing.
