MyCase allows you to export almost all of your data from the system.
To export data from MyCase, you must have access to an administrator account.
โTo do a Full Export, follow the Instructions below
- Open the - Settingspage by clicking on your name in the top right corner.
- Select the - Import/Exportsection in the menu on the left.
- Click on - Full Backup.
- Select the file format as - CSV.
- Select - Include all firm cases.
- Click on - Create Backup.
- The backup will automatically be created in 10-15 minutes; after that, you can - Downloadand share it with our migration team.
- The full backup file has data for - Contacts,- Matters,- Messages,- Calendars,- Tasks,- Time&- Expense Entries, and- Balances.
To Export the Lead, follow the Instructions below
Active Leads
- Go to the - Leadssection and click on- Active.
- Click on - ExportIcon.
- It will be available in the background tasks after a few minutes & you can download it from there and share it with our migration team. 
Did Not Hire Leads
- Go to the - Leadssection and click on- Did Not Hire.
- Click on - ExportIcon.
- It will be available in the background tasks after a few minutes & you can download it from there and share it with our migration team. 
Converted Leads
- Go to the - Leadssection and click on- Converted.
- Click on - ExportIcon.
- It will be available in the background tasks after a few minutes & you can download it from there and share it with our migration team.
