Effective document and folder management is the backbone of any successful legal practice. Our enhanced features allow you to manage your folder and files within Lawcus conveniently.

1. Upload Files: You no longer have to upload files individually – now you can drag and drop entire folders into your Lawcus workspace.

Here's how to do it:

a. Go to the "Matters" section in the left-side menu and choose the specific matter where you want to upload the folder.

b. Click on "Files" and select "New"

c. Drag and drop the folder with your relevant files into the designated area.

2. Upload Folders Directly: Easily upload folders by clicking the '+New' button located on the left side and then choosing 'Upload Folder' from the menu of available options.

3. Download All Files and Folders: Lawcus now lets you download all files and folders simultaneously with the new "Download" feature. You can use this feature from the "Files" window within a specific matter or folder.

If you want to download only some files or folders, please note that for now, you'll have to download them one by one.

4. Move Files Between Folders: You can now easily move files between folders by dragging and dropping them into your preferred location, making it easier to organize your files.

Alternatively, you can click the 3 dots adjacent to the file and choose 'Move To' from the menu. Select the desired folder to relocate the file.

NOTE: This feature only applies to the same matter; you cannot move it to a folder in a different matter.

With Lawcus, you have a comprehensive set of tools to take your document and folder management to the next level. Implement these best practices to optimize your document and folder management, and elevate the efficiency of your legal practice.
