Lawcus scheduler appointment takes away the stress and friction that comes with going back-and-forth about appointments and collaborative calls with existing and potential clients.

The tool simplifies appointment scheduling by making it possible for clients to book consultations at their convenience by just picking time on days you’ve made available, with no need of any sort of correspondence.

Basic Setup

1. Click the user avatar on the top-right corner and click Settings

4. Tap Click to setup scheduling pages

5. Click Add Scheduling Page

6. Add a name for your scheduling page

7. Add your personal Zoom meeting link and ID

8. Select how long scheduled meetings can be and click

9. Define your availability by selecting the days and time within which clients can schedule appointments

10. Select how far in advance appointments can be booked

11. Customize your appointment booking link and click Create to finalize the process

Further Customization

Should you want further customization after the basic setup, there’s room to do as much editing as you want by taking advantage of advanced functionalities. To get that done, click the Edit button on the newly-created scheduler page to reveal the below array of customization options.

Linking with Multiple Calendars

If you don’t want to limit the new scheduler page to a single calendar, you can link the scheduler page with the calendars of your teammates too so that their availability can be merged with the administrators’. To pull that off:

1. Navigate to the Calendars tab

2. Click the existing email

3. Scroll to and click Advanced in the dropdown menu

4. Add as much calendars of your teammates as you want by checking the respective boxes

Redirect After Booking

This powerful feature allows you to specify what should happen immediately a client completes an appointment booking or event creation.

To, for instance, redirect them to the LawPay Payment webpage or wherever other external webpage:

1. Go to Booking Flow tab

2. Select Custom Page in the What should happen when a booking is completed? section

Appointment Reminder

Keep previously-booked appointments or consultations on top of clients’ minds by setting-up a reminder system. To setup an appointment reminder system:

1. Go to the Reminders tab

3. Enter details of the reminder system and click Create

Custom Fields Creation

With the Custom Fields tab, you can add as many more new fields as you want to your appointment schedule client forms. To add custom fields:

1. Go to Custom Fields tab

3. Input the Label, specify the Type of custom field, and click Save

Page Styling

By navigating to the Page Styles tab, you get access to options with which to style your scheduler page to make it firm-specific by appropriately reflecting your firm culture.

To upload your company name & logo:

1. For company name, click the empty line

2. For company logo, navigate to and click Upload

3. Choose the logo file from your PC files

To include a theme color:

  1. Input an accent color number
