Like your clients, your teammates can use reminders for responsibilities you've assigned to them. Doing this helps reduce the possibility of tasks falling through cracks, missed project deadlines, amongst other quality of life benefits.
Note: Notifications are sent before the task is due
Here are the steps to set up task reminders:
Click the avatar icon and tap Settings.
Navigate to Firm Settings and click Reminders.
Scroll down to Task Reminders and click Add Reminder.
Choose a notification and variable type, as well as an interval.
Enter your reminder content and choose relevant merge fields
Click Save
By following these steps, you'll establish timely task reminders for your teammates, ensuring they stay informed and organized, ultimately contributing to smoother workflows and meeting project deadlines effectively.
