When facing a glitch between Box and Lawcus, please follow the below steps:

  1. Reauthorize Integration: In Lawcus, check the integration settings for Box. Revoke access and reauthorize it.

  2. Clear Cache and Cookies: Clear the cache and cookies on your browser. Sometimes, stored data can cause conflicts with the integration.
