List of Email Template actions
1. Client Portal New Message
Email notification is sent to the receiver when a new secure message is sent. The receiver can be the client or you as a user. You can customize the email notification by assigning an email template to this action.
2. Client Portal Invitation
Email invitation sent to the client when invited to join the portal. This is just for your clients. You can customize the default template provided by Lawcus; thus, your invitation can have your firm logo and details instead of Lawcus.

5. Matter Note Shared With Client
Email notification is sent to the client when we share matter notes with the client. Before this, you must ensure you have shared the matter with the client.
6. Custom Form Link
Email sent when the link of the custom intake form is shared. This email will then be your default email every time you send an intake form to a client via email, so you don’t need to type the email each time.
7. Send email Interaction
Email sent by the user from a matter detail screen or Interactions. The email template you assign to this action will be the default email template every time you hit send an email on Lawcus.
8. Send invoice by email
Email sent to share the invoice with the client. Once you assign an email template to this action and send out invoices via email, this template will auto-populate in the email instead of manually selecting the template or typing in the email.
This way, you can customize the emails that go out with invoices.
9. Send eSign defaults
Option to select default subject and message for eSign requests. Whenever you send ensign requests, Lawcus always gives you the option to add a subject and message that goes out via email to your clients along with the ensign request. Once you associate a template with this, you can send out ensign requests without worrying about the subject and message body since it will always populate from the email template assigned to it.
